At the Radisson Blu Golden Sands resort, we treasure each and every guest and client. After all, without the reviews you leave us, we wouldn't have won over 20 awards from the top independent travel organisations in the last four years.

These awards include six Traveller’s Choice Awards, three consecutive certificates of excellence from review website TripAdvisor and two gold medals at the World Travel Awards in London.

As we’re always working to improve our service, we greatly appreciate your Malta timeshare reviews, whether it’s a few quick words or a lengthy description of your experience. Your feedback helps us decide which areas need working on and what improvements we can make. Which is also why we welcome reviews that are critical of the resort, as they also represent unbeatable opportunities to learn.

We listen to your feedback and act on it, as the following example proves. It started a few months back when our reviews team picked up on a couple of reviews from guests who were commenting on a related topic. They felt the location of the Radisson Golden Sands Malta Timeshare resort on Golden Bay meant they were forced to hire a car or a taxi if they wished to eat out. Of course, for many guests and members, the secluded location is a huge plus, but these guests were visiting in July, a summer peak month when buses can get packed.

Understanding where these guests were coming from and seeing the opportunity, we got together several leading restaurants and pubs in Mellieha, including Cross Keys, Il-Mithna and Rebekah’s, and came to an arrangement that offers members and guests return transport to and from the resort, to selected establishments free of charge. Thanks to a few not-so-rosy reviews, guests and members can now enjoy nights out on the town, without spending anything on transport.
